Simple Syrup Recipe

Makes about 240ml (8oz or 1 cup)

What you need:

  •  240ml (1 cup) water
  •  200g (1 cup) white granulated sugar 

How to make it

  • Add the water and sugar to a small pot, heat over medium heat. 
  • Whisk while cooking. 
  • Once sugar is completely dissolved and mixture is clear, remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. 
  • Chill and reserve.
